Enjoy the pond of Thau just a few meters away from our guest house. Take some time to enjoy the nice landscape during the day or at sunset. You might also spot some flamingos.
By walking across Marseillan you will have the opportunity to discover one of the oldest village from France built in 535 BC.
Enjoy the Marseillan-city market every Tuesdays and the one from Marseillan-beach every Sundays.
Local animations such as boat trips, castles, wineyards and sports (golf, swimming, kitesurf) are also available nearby. For the youngest generation, roller coasters, karting and mini-golf are also available at Marseillan-beach.
Just a few minutes away from the residence, discover the beaches (either for the family, more dynamic for party-people or naturist), knwn to be the most beautiful from Europe.

Oysters :
Nearly 450 shellfish farming are living by the production of their oysters nowaday.
The absence of a tide at the Mediterranean sea requires specific techniques. Shellfish farms welcome the public and generously share their know-how. Oyster bars can delight you during your stay at the edge of the pond of Thau in Marseillan.
Mussels :
Larger and more fleshy than ocean mussels, the mussels produced in the Thau lagoon have a beautiful, bright color and a full-bodied, very salty taste. They are eaten raw or cooked, in a marinade, or in a brasucade. The biggest ones are stuffed "à la sétoise". Take the opportunity to taste them in different ways around the Thau lagoon during your stay.
